MIP manufactures petroleum dispensing hose assemblies in accordance with EN 1360. The wire braid hose construction provides excellent kink resistance, low computer creep and long service life.
The assembly and test facility is operated with formal procedures as part of the ISO 9001-2000 quality system ensuring a high quality assembly is always maintained.
The flexibility necessary to handle a variety of customer requirements; including colour of hose, type of end fitting and size / length, is controlled with individual hose build sheets which can also be used to provide full traceability. All equipment used in the assembly process is subject to regular maintenance and calibration, an essential requirement in hose assemblies used in safety related Industries.
In addition to the “Petroleum Hose Assembly” programme MIP can offer a complementary range of fuel dispensing nozzles; manufactured by Goodyear Engineered Products (Europe). The range includes: A standard 50 lit/min and 80 lit/min model, a high flow 130 lit/min model and a 50 lit/min vapour recovery model.
Goodyear petroleum dispensing nozzles can be supplied with a variety of protective guards & sleeves and three models of break away valves exclusively manufactured for Goodyear by Malte Products, Sweden.
